When Something Is Not Right for Your Reading Space
Sometimes a product is not the right fit.
Sometimes an item arrives in a condition it should not.
This policy explains Beliqiro's return eligibility, return process, return shipping responsibilities and refund timing.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Eligible products may be returned within:
30 calendar days after delivery.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
For standard preference-based returns, products should normally be:
Unused Substantially in the condition received Complete with applicable components Returned with original packaging where reasonably available Identifiable as part of a valid Beliqiro order
Items materially damaged through misuse or improper handling may not qualify for a preference-based return.
Nothing in this policy limits applicable rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Customers should contact Beliqiro before shipping a return so the parcel can be properly identified and handled.
5. CHANGE-OF-MIND / PREFERENCE RETURNS
For preference-based returns caused by:
Change of mind Ordering the wrong item Personal preference No longer wanting the product
the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If an item:
Arrives damaged Appears defective Is incorrect Is materially different from the confirmed product description
contact Beliqiro promptly.
Where the issue is confirmed, Beliqiro will provide an appropriate:
Replacement Refund Return solution
at no additional reasonable return cost to the customer.
7. RETURN INSPECTION
After an eligible return arrives, Beliqiro may review:

8. REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are initiated within:
5-10 business days
after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds after Beliqiro initiates the refund.
9. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
